Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans sometimes change, and we’ll always do our best to assist where possible. However, as a small, independently run resort, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our operations and staffing.
To ensure fairness to both our guests and the resort, the following cancellation terms apply to all confirmed bookings:

Cancellation more than 1 month before check-in:
50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. -
Cancellation more than 2 weeks before check-in:
25% of the deposit amount will be refunded. -
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before check-in:
The deposit is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@diedamgobabis.com. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
In the unlikely event that Die Dam | Transkalahari End Resort must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, with no further liability to either party.
We recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, travel disruptions, or emergencies.
